Dear Martin
On behalf of the International Human Rights Exchange and Wits University, I would like to thank you and Sipho Mabuse for  finding the time to talk to such a big audience on Wednesday 21 August. We had more than a hundred people in the Senate Room, testimony to the fact that Sipho is held in the highest regard not just as a musician but a legend and icon. There were, in the audience, people who had come as far as Pretoria to listen to Sipho speak about Human Rights and Music. The talk far exceeded our expectations as Sipho spoke most eloquently and thoughtfully about his subject. His approach and presentation were both fresh and enjoyed very much by all. Indeed, it was an inspirational talk. It was also kind of Sipho to find time to chat to all of the people who still wanted to talk to him after the lecture (never mind the numerous photos he had to pose for with about a third of the audience).  I still feel the inadequacy of these words in thanking you. I look forward to closer collaborations in future.
Best wishes,
Thabisani.
